Do I need money to start?+
No. Creating your store is free and stays free while you sell through one supplier. You only pay if you later want to connect more than one.
Where do the products come from?+
From whichever store you connect. You paste the API key they give you, and their whole catalogue appears in your store at the prices you set.
Who do my customers pay?+
You. You connect your own Flutterwave or Korapay account, or just show your bank details — the money goes straight to you. We never touch it.
So how do I make money?+
You choose a markup. If your supplier charges ₦800 and you set 20%, your customer pays ₦960 and the ₦160 is yours. You can set a different markup for each kind of product.
What happens if an order fails?+
Your customer gets refunded automatically. Nobody has to chase anyone — if the supplier can't deliver, the money goes back to their wallet on its own.
Do I need a website or a developer?+
No. Your store is live the moment you name it, at yourname.mystore.social. You can point your own domain at it later if you want.
Can my customers resell too?+
Yes. Each of your customers can generate their own API key and sell what they buy from you, the same way you sell what you buy from your supplier.
